2. Payments and Financial Information
PocketWell does not store or process payment card or bank account details.
All payments and payouts are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment service provider.
To receive payouts, Hosts are required to complete Stripe onboarding and provide payout details directly to Stripe through Stripe-powered components embedded in the PocketWell platform. PocketWell does not have access to full payment card details or bank account numbers.
Stripe’s handling of personal and financial information is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
3. Analytics and Monitoring
We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the platform and to improve performance.
This may include:
- Page views
- Feature usage
- Error and performance metrics
We currently use PostHog, which may process limited technical data such as IP address and device identifiers. Analytics data is used in aggregate wherever possible and is not used to identify individual users for marketing purposes.

We do not rent or sell personal information to third parties.

Some service providers used by PocketWell store or process data outside Australia (including the United States).
